This low-profile 15-seater may have opened in 2016 but Chef Ming has over 20 years of experience behind a counter. He uses only fish from Japan, mostly from Toyosu Market, to create an omakase menu consisting of sashimi, sushi, cooked courses and dessert. His sayori naruto roll has an exceptionally fine texture and a clean, crisp taste. Besides the standard menu, diners can also pay extra and upgrade to more luxurious items. No children under 12.
