The Michelin Guide's review
In the heart of the historic centre, next to the Ceramics Museum – some of whose works also adorn the restaurant’s dining areas – this venue welcomes guests into its elegant dining rooms and a pleasant outdoor terrace overlooking a charming little square. The culinary concept is the brainchild of Giuseppe Ricchebuono, a Michelin-starred chef from Noli, who showcases the local area through a cuisine that blends ingredients from both land and sea, while incorporating a touch of creativity. The dishes showcase traditional Ligurian ingredients and flavours with a sense of balance and character; the potato gnocchi with homemade pesto and fresh pine nuts are particularly successful, a dish that captures the simplicity and richness of the region’s cuisine.
