This restaurant is set in a charming stone building in the heart of Sauternes, looking out towards the vineyards of Château Guiraud. Chef Yoann Amado, who trained in the kitchens of Frechon and Maison Darroze, composes a brilliant menu, combining finesse, audacity and consummate skill; Juliette Bonnard, an inspired pastry chef, turns out fresh and balanced desserts. Crab poached with sesame and kimchi, smoked avocado with a crab shell caramel, grilled squab with vine shoots, Guanaja chocolate soufflé: each dish fetes produce with panache. Attentive service, top-quality wines from the estate and a bucolic terrace: you are guaranteed to have a wonderful time.
