A taste of Peru in the heart of Upper Engadine. Housed in the elegant Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, this restaurant is only open in the winter season. In a tastefully decorated and inviting space with a lovely vaulted ceiling, diners are treated to attentive service provided by charming and adept waitstaff. In the kitchen, Claudia Canessa and her team bring the diverse flavours of Peru to the plate with modern, inventive dishes made from excellent ingredients. Intriguing examples include "El Choclo y sus Gambas" (grilled corn cake, red prawns, pickled onions, ocopa) and "Tuna Chicano" (tuna ceviche).
