This warm, stylish establishment nestles in the peaceful upper reaches of Puteaux, near the station. Chef Yannick Tranchant, a high-flying pastry chef and cook, rolls out a deftly crafted, flavoursome score. His season-driven menu stars dishes packed in high-quality ingredients: creamy cauliflower with a smoky edge; egg parfait, velvety mashed potatoes and a foamy country bacon emulsion; juicy poultry and a medley of green peas; vacherin-style strawberries. The shaded terrace is just the ticket for alfresco dining when the weather is fine.
