Whether you eat in the dining room or on the veranda, the culinary options on offer at this restaurant include a menu featuring iconic dishes such as caramelised Russian salad and marinated egg, alongside regional specialities reinterpreted in contemporary style and prepared with ingredients supplied by local fishermen and producers (such as crayfish from Santa Margherita Ligure and traditional local corzetti pasta). The terrace, open in the summer from 6.30 pm onwards, is the ideal location for aperitifs and dinners.
