The Allemoz family (the son, Jean - Jacques, represents the fifth generation) perpetuates tradition with real spirit: home - made terrine, calf's head with ravigote, veal kidney flambéed in Armagnac, rum baba and floating islands feature among the numerous bistro classics on the menu. A remarkably appealing place.
