Not far from Oberkampf, this bistro serves wholesome, traditional and seasonal cuisine crafted by enthusiastic chef Olivier Gaslain. Oxtail in foie gras, pickles and a salad of garden herbs; calf’s head, tongue and brains in a ravigote sauce and, to finish, a rum-flavoured baba with ginger and clementines flanked by a mascarpone mousse that will leave you speechless! A superb wine list with more than 1 000 labels, some of which are displayed in a splendid glazed wine cabinet.
