Marco Langer, well known in the region, took over the management here in the summer. The cuisine is ambitious and made using top-notch ingredients. Diners are offered a choice of two seasonal set menus, one of which is vegetarian. The restaurant's tastefully simple interior design is also inviting, and the waitstaff are friendly and well trained – the chef even comes to your table to talk you through the dishes.
