Japanese Steakhouse
The Michelin Guide's review
The specific characteristics of this restaurant (the first Sumibiyaki barbecue-style eatery in Madrid) include cooking on traditonal Japanese grills, the use of the famous Kishū Binchōtan charcoal from Wakayama, and the use of certified Kobe beef (it is the only restaurant in the Spanish capital to offer Matsusaka Beef, sourced from the exclusive Ito Ranch and considered the Holy Grail of Wagyū beef in Japan). Some of their menus also feature the famous Crown Melon from Fukuroi!
