Michelin Guide
Modern Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
A cosy restaurant next to the National Museum of Natural History and Science that became famous after Chef Louise Bourrat won the French 2022 edition of Top Chef! It boasts a young international team (they speak up to seven languages here) that delivers a modern, globetrotting cuisine of pampered textures that exudes femininity. Reserved exclusively for dinner service, the offer comes as a single tasting menu called Colheita (available in seven or ten courses and also in a vegetarian version), which is reborn with every change of season. A dish that enchanted us? The Polvo Monocromático (Monochrome Octopus) comes with harissa aioli (chilli-garlic mayonnaise), roasted sweet potato and molho bordelaise (Bordelaise sauce) made with the octopus’s own stock.
