A restaurant that comes as a pleasant surprise thanks to the quality of its cuisine and its setting in an attractive, wooden chalet-style property surrounded by trees and greenery next to the campus of the Carlos III university. In the bright dining room you can savour its traditional market cuisine with a contemporary touch and a nod to the cuisine of other countries around the world, with the open grill at the heart of most dishes on the menu (an interesting tasting menu is also available). Savoury dishes that we particularly enjoyed included the popular grilled Hass avocado, and the Santé steak tartare (prepared at your table). Why not finish off your meal with the creamy and completely deconstructed cheesecake.
