Black is the new black here at HOME, from the flooring to the décor, the furniture to the crockery – and even the staff uniforms. But there’s nothing monochrome about the cooking; the 5 and 8 course tasting menus are made up of creative, ambitious dishes, which are occasionally served by the chefs themselves. The artwork changes along with the menus in order to match the theme and add to the theatre.
