We first met Yorann Vandreissche at the Carrefour de l'Arbre, by the cobblestones of the Paris-Roubaix race. He enjoyed five successful years there, but is now basking in the sunshine at L'Arbre au Soleil, opposite Le Lavandou's marina. He shines the spotlight on premium quality produce in a menu that displays a distinct penchant for fish and seafood, eg pollack from Brittany, artichokes barigoule and artichoke purée… Refreshing, contrasts, skill: don't hesitate to come!
