This family-run hotel and restaurant in a typical Provencal village, boasts a warm and colourful interior (open kitchen, sanded beams, Italian pottery) and a panoramic view over the vineyards of Bandol. The menu, which changes regularly, draws on the flavours of the Mediterranean, taking diners on a journey that follows the coastline from Liguria to Provence: artichoke à la barigoule, garlic and parsley cream; foie gras ravioli, "cappuccino-style" duck consommé with seasonal mushrooms; turbot, clams, roasted fennel and a spinach jus. A dining experience to be savoured.
