Farm and table sit side-by-side at this Isan restaurant on an organic farm 30 minutes from Khon Kaen. Owner Pu-Jongrak grows fruits and veggies and raises ducks and chickens. She then applies simple cooking techniques to bring out their natural flavours in dishes like her duck egg omelette and locally sourced steamed Nile tilapia fish served with a spicy sauce. Meals are taken in an open-air pavilion or under trees. The farm also offers workshops and a farm-stay.
