Mediterranean Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
This former school has been transformed into a warm, urban restaurant, including a graffiti portrait of Don Corleone! You can see the chefs working their magic in the open kitchen, where they create French and Mediterranean dishes full of creativity and nuanced flavours. The risotto puttanesca and the conchiglioni served with game stew and a rich jus are intensely flavoured dishes. Thanks to the wide range of sharing dishes and snacks, and the possibility of ordering half portions of the pasta dishes, you can decide how lavish your meal will be. The fabulous Italian wine library is also a hit, with quite a few guests coming in simply for a nice glass of wine or a cocktail. Cosy!
