Situated at an altitude of 1,500 metres on the Solalex mountain pasture, overlooking the Miroir de l’Argentine, this mountain inn offers a warm, rustic setting and spectacular views. The cuisine showcases excellent regional produce through a meticulous, artisanal approach. Here, you can enjoy a tartare of salmon-coloured trout from Lake Lucerne, impeccably fresh; veal sweetbreads glazed with coffee, bursting with flavour; or a hot chocolate espuma, chocolate mousse, milk tuile and cocoa nibs.
