Arravané is located on the ground floor of the modern Merkur Campus building. While it offers simple, quick meals for business guests at lunchtime, it transforms into a sophisticated restaurant in the evening. The trendy design is attractive, and thanks to the open kitchen, you can watch the chefs prepare modern, seasonal dishes such as ‘beetroot, raspberry, dill, goat's cheese’ or ‘zander fillet, beluga lentils, Brussels sprouts, grapes’. There is also a selection of popular pinsa. The well-stocked wine list focuses on Austria, supplemented by Germany, Italy, France... Rarities and natural wines can also be found here.
