Terracotta tones, exposed brickwork and warm lighting add cosiness, while the relaxed atmosphere is helped along by the laid-back service team. The generous surprise tasting menu is filled with highly original yet unfussy dishes which burst with freshness and flavour, including the signature spaghetti Alfredo. Several courses are cooked over fire, a concept Higgs loves as no two dishes will ever be exactly the same.
