Following several years working in extraordinary restaurants such as Mirazur and Antica Corona Reale, young chef Jacopo Chieppa has now returned to his native Imperia where he has opened this attractive restaurant in a location that has been dear to him since his childhood. In this carefully restored mill opened in the summer of 2022, he serves a concise menu of light, creative and colourful dishes that are full of flavour – the spaghetti with lemon and Ligurian prawns is a perfect example!
