Housed in an early 17th-century building that once served as a coaching inn for travellers bound for Rome, this elegant relais also comprises six rooms and two superior rooms with a mezzanine. At the helm of the establishment is a family originally from Veneto: the twin brothers Stefano and Andrea run the kitchen, while Samuele professionally oversees the hospitality and wine service. The culinary offering unfolds through two tasting menus: Elemento, closely linked to the local area and the seasons, and Identità, the embodiment of the chefs’ creative vision. The result is a contemporary and personal style of cooking, based on local produce, aromatic herbs and solid technical expertise.
