With her Mezze Bar, Julia Komp has launched yet another interesting concept here in the Rhineland cathedral city – under the same roof as her fine-dining restaurant, Sahila. The meal begins with a large sharing platter packed with vegetarian mezze, followed by a main course of your choice. Optional extras include further "specials" to extend the meal, as well as dessert. Alternatively, you can order the "Mezze-Menü". Dishes such as "Kohlrabi dolma, creamy rice, mint, yoghurt, beans" or "Blonde d'Aquitaine, couscous, courgette, preserved lemon, peas" reflect Julia Komp's love for the Levant and its diverse flavours. The food is accompanied by a well-curated international wine list. You can expect friendly, attentive and professional service, as you dine in the tastefully decorated space, done out in soothing light, warm tones. In summer, tables are laid out on the courtyard terrace.
