Jan Cornelius Maier and Tobias Becker – hence "maiBeck" – have designed an appealing setting in which to present their modern cuisine based on carefully selected ingredients. The refined yet unpretentious atmosphere is a perfect fit, and service is friendly. In addition to à la carte dishes, there is the four-course "Für Dich" set menu. The wine list represents excellent value for money, particularly the bottles. This is also a great spot for lunch. Then there is the location between the cathedral and the Rhine – the terrace is very much a place to see and be seen. Tip: Take a stroll through the Old Town before or after your meal.
