Zhang Songyun is a legendary Sichuanese chef and his protégés opened this restaurant in a quaint courtyard house in his honour. There is no main dining room and no à la carte menu – all diners must reserve a room and have their set menu tailored in advance. A typical set includes over 20 expertly crafted courses, all made with top notch ingredients and underpinned by traditional techniques. Early reservations are recommended.
