There may be no lake view, but Davide Caranchini’s cuisine alone makes this restaurant with its modern atmosphere well worth a visit – a style of cooking that will particularly appeal to those who prefer to step away from tradition and try more creative and experimental dishes, sometimes building on classic foundations. If we had to single out one dish in particular, we’d mention the ‘Latte & Miele’ dessert – delicious, original and refined.
