Market Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
This gourmet bistro with a modern design and multifunctional dining space also boasts a well-stocked wine cellar, a shop selling kitchen utensils, and a delicatessen. The menu here showcases the scents and flavours of Sicily, featuring dishes made from ingredients purchased daily from the city market; at lunchtime, there’s a business lunch with a reduced choice of dishes. It’s worth noting that CUCINA.eat is, for the moment, one of the few restaurants in the city where you can bring your own wine to accompany your meal. You won’t even be charged corkage, although you may well be asked for a tasting!
