This eatery, in the premises occupied in its early days by the La Fábrica restaurant, brings a new dining concept to our palates via award-winning chef Ricardo Temiño, who combines Italian cooking with the essence of Castilian cuisine. In its attractive dining room, featuring a striking look dominated by tones of red, choose between the à la carte and two menus (Fellini and Sophia Loren). Dishes appearing on these include artichoke with “anticarbonara” and smoked eel; cod with a pilpil sauce; and caramelised panettone “torrija”.
