Michelin Guide
Japanese
The Michelin Guide's review
Located in the area known as Palermo Hollywood, on the first floor of a small building, you’ll need to ring the doorbell to gain access. Once upstairs, you'll find a large dining room, a sushi bar, and a second dining area, all featuring an abundance of light-coloured wood. What really sets this Japanese restaurant apart is its focus on healthy dining; it offers gluten-free dishes that are low in sodium, fat, and sugar, and even makes its own soy sauce, buckwheat noodles, and fermented products. Here you'll find classic Japanese dishes, as well as nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, excellent gyoza, tiraditos, and ceviches, all made with fresh ingredients. They offer two omakase menus, one consisting entirely of items from the sushi bar and the other featuring several cooked dishes as well. We especially liked their delicious Gyu Ramen, with braised beef, homemade noodles, shiitake mushrooms, and ajitama egg, marinated in soy sauce.
