The Michelin Guide's review
Naming itself a brasserie is just being humble. This elegant restaurant features some exquisite artwork and a display kitchen that is equally pleasing to behold. Tastefully presented dishes are made with local ingredients and finessed with modern French techniques for subtle contrasts. The Breton chef reworks the menu regularly to include novel creations such as abalone with sweet corn mousseline, bacon bits and popcorn – a mélange of lovely textures.
