After being rebuilt, this restaurant reopened in 2025 to serve plant-based Yunnanese food cooked up by a young chef who hails from Yunnan. Her single tasting menu has more than 10 courses: driven by the seasons, the dishes feature mushrooms, flowers, grains and leafy greens and are nicely complemented by four drinks. The service team explains each dish in detail, highlighting the terroir of Yunnan. The cocktails made with Yunnanese produce go down a treat.
