In Renécros Bay, this posh, stylish, fashionable restaurant commands a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. Open for dinner (only!), Martin and Fleur craft colourful, flavoursome Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine, presented in several tasting menus, starring ingredients such as green asparagus from Mallemort, line-caught fish direct from local boats, strawberries from Hyères… As you might expect, the vision of the sun gently setting over the glittering horizon is truly spectacular!
