This restaurant occupies a Menorcan-style country house with plenty of typical charm (including a delightful terrace) that has been converted into a small rural hotel. The cuisine here is based around an à la carte service (with specific sections dedicated to vegetables, seafood, rice dishes, pasta... and a special one, available upon reservation, where lobster is the star of the show) and a set menu (El Renacer) that focuses on local cuisine that constantly plays with technique and local products, with a variety of Mediterranean touches. The estate has its own organic vegetable garden, olive trees, chickens, and lambs!
