A 20-minute drive from Snow Monkey Park and located right in front of Shiga Kogen Ski Resort, the entirely nonsmoking Aspen Shiga features an indoor hot-spring bath, a fireplace lounge and a breakfast with homemade bread. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the entire property, and rooms are Japanese-style. Guests at Aspen Shiga Lodge sleep on a traditional tatami (woven-straw) floor in futon bedding.
