An ancient oil-mill of the 19th century Villa Giulia was restored according to its original architectural style. It is located in the Terontola area of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, a 10-minute drive from the lake. The villa features an outdoor swimming pool, and is immersed in olive groves stretching right up the hill. The entire external surface is covered with stone. An independent annex is also available. Villa Giulia is dedicated exclusively to large groups intending to spend at least 7 nights in the premises.
