Torre Sangiovanni Albergo e Ristorante is set within the walls of Collevalenza's medieval hamlet. Once a 13th-century watchtower, it has been restored to offer a variety of rooms, suites and apartments. This charming, historical hotel is decorated with antiques, family possessions and Persian rugs. The owner, Rosary, completed the restoration in 2012.
