The hotel has been partly renovated in 2022-2023. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms, studios, the lobby bar, and the swimming pool area, and it is free of charge for the guests of the hotel. A hairdryer and an iron are provided at the reception desk. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property, a lobby bar, and 6 new parking places at the private parking of the hotel.
