In the Highland village of Grantown-on-Spey, Strathallan Bed and Breakfast lies in the northern region of the Cairngorms National Park. This guest house is around 10 minutes’ walk from Grantown Golf Club and the town lies close to the Speyside Whiskey Trail. The Strathspey Steam Railway departs from Aviemore and travels to Broomhill, 4 miles from Grantown and seen in the BBC TV drama ‘Monarch of the Glen’. Strathallan offers a beautifully presented afternoon tea style continental breakfast. This includes freshly baked pastries, local fruits, cold meats, cheese and yogurts.
