Our Hostel is a budget-friendly place for travelers and is located just a 5-minute walk from Gekkoji Train Station and a 15-minute walk from Fujisan Station in the Fujiyoshida area. The property offers simply furnished private rooms and dormitory rooms with bunk beds. All bunks come with private curtains and reading lights. We do not have a lounge/common area but we have a few tables and chairs near the dormitory room and on the balcony for all guests to use. Mt. Fuji Hostel Michael's features free property-wide Wi-Fi and chargeable washing machines/clothes dryers. Housekeeping services including a linen change will be provided upon request. The shower and toilets are shared. Towels are available at an additional charge. Mt Fuji Hostel Michael's offers free-use lockers for staying guests and luggage storage services available only until 2 PM due to limited space (subject to availability). Our Hostel is a 20-minute walk to Chureito Pagoda, which provides a great view of Mount Fuji. Popular Fujikyu Highland Amusement Park is an 8-minute train ride away. Lake Kawaguchi can be reached within a 12-minute train ride.
