The Michelin Guide's review
A sandy isthmus links Trégastel to this island, which has become a peninsula. It has a landscape of enormous granite blocks, moors and pines, and is a pedestrian-only zone. Leaving Touldrez beach on your left, set off among the rocks towards Le Gouffre, a cave that is only accessible at low tide. Head in among the rocks as far as the tip of the peninsula to see magnificent viewpoints over the open sea and Les Sept-Îles to the north; to the east, the coast of Ploumanach; to the south, the Baie de Ste-Anne.
