The Michelin Guide's review
One of the most beautiful parks in France, with gardens extending over 10ha on the site of the orchards belonging to the former Abbey St-Mélaine. Perched on a promontory, it was named after Mt Tabor in Galilee. Visitors can enjoy its variety of gardens (formal, landscape, and botanical), no fewer than 2 000 varieties of flowers, a thousand trees, a duck pond, waterfall, playground, rose garden, aviary, bandstand, greenhouses and orangery.
