The Michelin Guide's review
This wooded and very peaceful site is home to around thirty monolithic jars standing in the shade of a copse. On the other side of the track, a hill is home to another small group of stone containers, higher but narrower than those at Site 1, the most important in the Plain of Jars. The discoveries here include a stone lid decorated with concentric circles; in the middle, a low-relief silhouette has been identified as that of a frog.
