Musée Hyacinthe-Rigaud
The Green Guide
The Michelin Guide's review
After extension work, two mansions, 17C hôtel Mailly and 18C hôtel Lazerme, where Picasso, Chagall and Cocteau stayed countless times, have been joined together. The museum is named after Hyacinthe Rigaud (1659-1743), Perpignan-born artist whose portraits, in particular that of Louis XIV in coronation robes, earned him great fame. The splendid art collection spans the 15C to the present.
