The Michelin Guide's review
This stunning square, the nerve centre of the old quarter, is the place to sit down on a café terrace between the flowerbeds that surround the 16C stone fountain and the small orange grove. Notice the 16C town hall decorated with wrought-iron balconies and an attractive Mudejar doorway, the 17C Casa del Corregidor with its monumental stone façade and refined balcony, and Hermitage Nuestro Señor Santiago, the town's first Christian church (15C).
