The Michelin Guide's review
There is a small-town feel to this large irregular-shaped Plaza de la Paja (literally "Straw Square"). It was one of the busiest spots in medieval Madrid, hosting a major farmers' market. It went on to become an elegant neighbourhood, with more and more grand residences springing up. Below, the tiny Jardín del Príncipe Anglona is a delightful oasis of calm. On one of the corners of the garden is the late-Gothic Bishop's Chapel (Capilla del Obispo).
