The Michelin Guide's review
Started in the 12C this Gothic building is distinguished by its four towers. The abutments have retained an amazing clarity of 14C decoration. Inside, you will note the lack of ambulatory, which is typical of Lyonnais churches. The chancel and the apse are the oldest parts of the church. Make sure to seek out the bishops throne, the 13C stained glass windows, the astrological clock with its automatons and the Flamboyant finery of the chapel of the Bourbons.
