Many barges dock along this quay, which is called "Coopers' quay" and was once dominated by the wine trade. At nos 41-42, note the cask depicted on the grate of the impost above the door. A basket is outlined on the impost at n° 48. Two magnificent steamers belonging to the Haven Museum are also anchored in this dock.
