Crozon Peninsula

The Michelin Guide's review
The cross form of Crozon Peninsula juts out far into the sea with its two arms separating Brest harbour from Douarnenez bay. Nowhere else, except perhaps at the Pointe du Raz, do the sea and coast attain such heights of austere beauty. Gaze down the sheer cliffs and admire the colour of the rocks as the waves smash eternally onto the reefs. This untouched gem of the Breton coast and its extraordinary panoramic views are most definitely worth the trip.
